About Us
Established by Marc Kornbluh in 2014, Lincoln Hot Glass has grown to become Lincoln's premier glassblowing community. Our studio, with its 11 individual work stations, is home to 7 talented glass artists and has taught glass skills to several hundred students since opening. It is a great joy for us to provide a fun, safe, environment for anyone to learn in and develop the skills necessary to create beautiful glass art. We also offer private lessons for beginners and for intermediate skills such as opal encasement, millefiori lensing, canework, ribbon, vortex marbles, vessels, functional glass, and more.
Studio Rental
Lincoln Hot Glass offers workspace, including oxygen, fuel, and kilns for affordable prices.
Studio space is available from $250 to $300 per month. All oxygen, fuel, and electric is included. Renter must supply all tools, glasses, and materials. Punchcards are available that grant the holder 4 2-hour sessions, with a basic tool set and glasses provided — a great option for dipping your toes in. Call us at (402)429-2726 for more information.
